消息面上，近日，硅鑫集团发布公告，公告中提到公司正在进行可能收购目标公司的相关情况。目标公司已获得布基纳法索政府授予的三个矿区(SOMANGUINA、PASGANPA及YELEMBASSE)的勘探许可证。其中，SOMANGUINA项目被认为具有较大潜力，推断资源量估计为12吨，露头部分为45吨，且之前的钻孔工作记录到了744克/吨的高品位。
根据初步研究报告，布基纳法索的矿产资源丰富，尤其是在比里米安地带，探明的金矿潜在储量估计可达到1万吨。目标公司推测矿物估值不低于1.5万亿港元，未来将聘请国际估值机构进行进一步评估。此外，本次交易仍需获得相关主管机构的必要批准，包括布基纳法索政府的同意。股东和投资者需注意，尚未签署正式协议，可能收购事项的落实并不确定。
