BKI Investment (ASX:BKI) reported Tuesday fiscal first-half diluted earnings of AU$0.0387 per share, down from AU$0.0431 per share in the year-earlier period, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Revenue for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2024, was AU$35.5 million, down 1.6% from AU$36.1 million a year earlier, the filing said.
The company also reported net profit attributable to shareholders of AU$31.2 million, compared with AU$34.3 million a year earlier, the filing said.
BKI declared an interim dividend of AU$0.039 per share, up 1% from AU$0.038 in the previous year, payable to shareholders on Feb. 28 on record as of Feb.4, the company said.
Shares of the company rose nearly 1% in recent Tuesday trade.
