财中社1月21日电碧桂园（02007）发布公告，董事会宣布公司已达成复牌指引的要求。由于公司未能按上市规则规定于2024年3月31日前公布2023年度业绩，导致其股份自2024年4月2日暂停交易。公告指出，经过努力，公司已于2025年1月14日根据上市规则公布了2023年度业绩及2024年中期业绩，且目前并无根据上市规则须公布但尚未公布的财务业绩。
董事会认为公司已达成复牌指引所规定的所有要求，公司已向联交所申请于2025年1月21日上午9点整起恢复买卖公司股份。
基于上述情况，碧桂园已向联交所申请于2025年1月21日上午九时恢复买卖其股份。股东及潜在投资者在交易时应谨慎行事，并寻求专业意见。
