天虹国际集团预计2024年度净利润约5.8亿元
财中社1月24日电天虹国际集团（02678）发布公告，预计截至2024年12月31日止年度将录得纯利约5.8亿元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度则录得亏损净额约2.99亿元。这一变化主要由于纺织行业市场需求回暖，导致公司销量及产能利用率均有所提高，从而使得本年度的产品毛利率逐步恢复至正常水平。此外，公司积极的费用管控政策使得销售费用及利息开支与去年相比明显下降。
公告中指出，本次预期业绩的评估基于董事会目前所掌握的未经过审计的综合管理账目，尚未经过公司审计师或审计委员会的审核。董事会还提醒，公司的业绩可能会受到市场情况的影响，包括棉花市场价格、美国对中国的外交政策及人民币汇率等因素。公司计划于2025年3月底前根据上市规则公布全年业绩，建议股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时谨慎行事。
