公告指，凭借委员会成员在科技创新与战略管理等方面的深厚经验，委员会将负责管理及审查涉及量子科技业务的投资及业务决策，并将对集团管理层团队提出的各种量子科技领域的投资机会进行评估、批准并提出建议。
