智通财经APP获悉，连连数字(02598)涨超7%，截至发稿，涨7.31%，报9.25港元，成交额2096.42万港元。
消息面上，近期，连连数字公告出售合资银行卡清算机构连通公司的部分股权。中金认为，出售连通部分股权有助于连连实现投资回报并重新分配资源来发展主营业务。同时，美国运通持续不断对连通增资，该行认为表明了美国运通对中国银行卡清算业务的看好及对连通的重视，依托于美国运通全球领先的品牌效应及运营优势，或将推动连通业务更好发展、快速拓展市场并巩固客户资源。
值得一提的是，连连全资附属公司DFX Labs近期获香港证监会办法的虚拟资产交易平台牌照(VATP)，该牌照允许DFX Labs在香港开展第1 类(证券交易)及第7 类(提供自动化交易服务)的受规管活动、并确保其虚拟资产交易平台(VATP)的合规性。中金认为，获批香港虚拟资产交易平台牌照，提升支付效率的同时、或有望带来增量新业务空间。
