　　消息面上，1月21日，中国智能科技发布公告，于2025年1月20日（联交所交易时段后），公司（作为发行人）与联席配售代理订立配售协议，据此，联席配售代理（按个别基准）已有条件同意按尽力基准以配售价0.225港元配售最多4600万股配售股份，并将收取相当于所配售配售股份总配售价3%的配售佣金。每股配售股份之配售价0.225港元较股份于配售协议日期在联交所所报之每股收市价0.280港元折让约19.64%。
