智通财经APP获悉，OSL集团(00863)再涨超6%，股价暂现四连阳，累计涨幅超22%。截至发稿，涨5.64%，报8.8港元，成交额1113.33万港元。
消息面上，OSL集团发布公告，集团预期2024年年度将取得收入约3.37亿至3.75亿港元，同比增长约60%至79%。同时，集团预期本年度来自持续经营业务的所得溢利约4700万港元至5200万港元，实现转亏为盈。
此外，OSL集团近日发布公告，有关收购日本持牌加密资产交易平台Coin Best株式会社，股份购买协议项下的先决条件已获达成，且收购事项已于2025年1月17日完成。完成收购事项后，Coin Best株式会社成为公司的间接附属公司。值得注意的是，OSL集团去年12月宣布欧洲及意大利收购事项。
