智通财经APP获悉，卓悦控股(00653)再涨超11%，近六个交易日累计涨幅超250%。截至发稿，涨11.11%，报0.6港元，成交额1160.19万港元。
消息面上，1月13日，卓悦控股根据2024年11月12日与控股股东陈健文签订的认购协议，正式发行2.1亿股普通股。此次认购将以抵销部分偿还金额的方式完成，即3318万港元的股东贷款将被视为已获偿还。
值得注意的是，公司主席兼执行董事陈健文去年12月初表示，卓悦控股正在积极转型，通过学习和理解跨境电商的新模式，利用传统优势来适应新的市场环境。集团亦期待在25年初能够带来新的惊喜，展示跨境电商在大湾区的潜力。卓悦控股近期公布，与丰和汇订立合作备忘录，双方将共同就供应链、跨境电商、直播电商与新媒体分销、物流管家等业务合作发展，进一步开展商机。
