财中社1月22日电中粮包装（00906）发布公告，华瑞凤泉发展有限公司于2025年1月22日宣布其自愿全面现金要约已于2025年1月8日成为无条件，并于2025年1月22日下午4时截止。根据公告，华瑞在截止日期前接获8.26亿股有效接纳的华瑞要约股份，占公告日期华瑞要约股份约98.14%及公司全部已发行股本约74.16%。所有有效接纳的股份均由无利益关系股东提交。
由于华瑞已在强制收购有效期内收购不少于90%的华瑞要约股份及无利益关系股份，华瑞将行使其权利将公司私有化，并根据收购守则强制收购剩余股份，收购价为每股7.21港元。强制收购程序完成后，华瑞及其一致行动的各方将最终拥有公司100%的权益，并将申请撤销其在联交所的上市地位。预计将在2025年2月13日进一步公告强制收购通知，相关股份过户登记将于2025年2月10日至2月12日暂停。
