Boohoo shareholders reject top investor Frasers' attempt to remove co-founder Kamani

Jan 21 (Reuters) - British retail tycoon Mike Ashley's Frasers Group FRAS.L has failed in its attempt to oust Boohoo's BOOH.L co-founder Mahmud Kamani from the fast-fashion group's board after shareholders voted against the move on Tuesday.

Boohoo said 63.17% of votes cast at the general meeting opposed the removal of Kamani, who is also the company's second biggest shareholder.
