Summi's (HKG:0756) received a winding-up petition filed Jan. 10 in the Hong Kong High Court related to the overdue payment of a $12.6 million principal amount along with accrued interest of a master facility deed dated Oct. 23, 2020, a Tuesday bourse filing said.
The petition was filed by Taishin International Bank, Hwatai Commercial Bank, Cathay United Bank, Hua Nan Commercial Bank, Banco Well Link, and United Overseas Bank.
The juice manufacturer is currently seeking legal advice regarding the matter and will negotiate with the petitioners regarding a potential settlement plan.
