智通财经APP讯，安宁控股(00128)发布公告，预计截至2024年12月31日止年度的股东应占亏损，与去年的股东应占亏损的1970万港元相比，将会减少约60%至70%。
预期减少亏损主要归因于以下因素：(i)如公司于2024年3月26日所公布，属亏损的渡假中心及俱乐部业务于2024年6月停止营运;(ii)从出售旧存货及大幅减少手头库存而拨回以前年度的存货拨备，连同进一步减少营运支出，而减少时装零售业务的亏损;以及(iii)没有去年因私有化要约而产生的“一次性”专业费用和成本支出。
