智通财经APP获悉，据媒体消息，长鑫存储考虑最早今年在港股上市。此前，受市场环境动荡、半导体制造整体存在不确定性等因素的影响，长鑫存储选择推迟了IPO计划。
资料显示，长鑫存储是一家一体化存储器制造公司，成立于2017年11月16日，总部位于合肥。公司专注于动态随机存取存储芯片(DRAM)的设计、研发、生产和销售。这种芯片用于个人电脑、服务器和智能手机等设备。公开数据显示，2022年长鑫存储实现营业收入80亿元左右。
长鑫存储的竞争对手包括三星电子、SK海力士和美光科技等全球领先的存储芯片厂商。若长鑫存储成功IPO，将为其提供更多的资金，以扩大产能和研发投入，以缩小与国际巨头的技术差距。
截止目前，长鑫存储已完成多轮融资，其中包括兆易创新，长鑫集成、合肥产投等多名投资人共同参与。其股东大多都是国内外知名投资机构和产业机构，包括阿里巴巴、小米、腾讯、兆易创新、国家大基金、招商局资本、美的创投等机构。
