智通财经APP讯，中国智能科技(00464)发布公告，于2025年1月20日(联交所交易时段后)，公司(作为发行人)与联席配售代理订立配售协议，据此，联席配售代理(按个别基准)已有条件同意按尽力基准以配售价0.225港元配售最多4600万股配售股份，并将收取相当于所配售配售股份总配售价3%的配售佣金。每股配售股份之配售价0.225港元较股份于配售协议日期在联交所所报之每股收市价0.280港元折让约19.64%。
配售事项之所得款项总额将为1035万港元。配售事项之所得款项净额(扣除配售事项之其他开支后)将约为1000万港元。公司计划将所得款项净额用作集团之一般营运资金。
