财中社1月23日电新质数字（02322）发布公告，宣布终止与各配售代理的配售协议。董事会表示，由于配售协议的条件未能在最后截止日期或之前达成，尽管与配售代理进行了多次磋商，但各方未能达成共识。因此，在2025年1月22日，本公司与各配售代理签署了终止契据，配售协议即刻终止且不再具有效力，双方也不再就配售协议提出任何索偿。
公告中指出，终止配售协议对公司的业务运营及财务状况并无重大不利影响。公司可能会在考虑未来发展及市场情绪后，进行其他集资活动，并将根据上市规则及时向市场发布最新信息。
