财中社1月22日电万洲国际（00288）发布公告，公司间接全资附属公司史密斯菲尔德食品有限公司于2025年1月21日向美国证券交易委员会提交了初步招股章程，计划进行股份分拆及独立上市。此次发售预计包括史密斯菲尔德出售的1740万股股份和公司间接全资附属公司SFDS出售的1740万股股份，包销商有权行使超额配股权，最多可购买522万股额外股份。每股初步发售价预期在23美元至27美元之间，史密斯菲尔德的市值将介于约91.4亿至107.3亿美元之间。
公告中提到，史密斯菲尔德集团截至2024年12月29日的初步业绩预计销售额在38.73亿美元至39.53亿美元之间，相较于2023年同期的39.98亿美元有所下降，主要因墨西哥业务销售减少。但毛利预计将提升至5.15亿美元至5.43亿美元，经营利润也将改善，预计在3.07亿美元至3.35亿美元之间，而2023年同期为经营亏损1.16亿美元。此次业绩改善归因于销售成本的减少和其他费用的控制。
