【SEA敦促印度政府规范精炼食用油进口】金十期货1月22日讯，据外媒报道，印度行业组织印度溶剂萃取商协会（SEA）敦促政府规范精炼食用油进口。在提交给财政部长的2025先期预算备忘录中，SEA强调有必要启动“国家食用油使命”（NMEO），增加财政支持，以促进油籽生产，减少对进口的依赖。SEA对精炼棕榈油进口的增加表示担忧，并表示，由于从印尼和马来西亚进口廉价的RBD棕榈油，印度棕榈油精炼行业正遭受产能利用率极低的困扰，它们正转变为单纯的包装商。该行业机构要求将RBD棕榈油的进口关税税率从目前的12.5%提高到15%，同时不改变毛棕榈油关税税率。
