智通财经APP讯，海普瑞(09989)发布公告，预计截至2024年12月31日止年度取得归母净利润5.89亿-7.11亿元(人民币，下同)，上年同期取得归母净亏损7.83亿元。
公告称，报告期内，肝素产业链经营环境有所改善，市场需求逐步回升。公司积极落实品牌出海战略，发挥海内外营销网络布局优势，肝素制剂业务发展态势良好，主要产品依诺肝素钠制剂在欧洲、美国、中国及非欧美等市场的销量保持增长，全球市场占有率进一步提升。
报告期内，全球肝素API业务需求同比改善，中国肝素API的出口量较去年同期上升，但受上游原材料价格的下降等因素影响，2024年平均出口单价同比去年有较大的跌幅。公司坚持主攻成熟法规市场的策略，以产品竞争力为前提，极力维护API价格体系，取得了良好的成效，年内产品均价明显优于中国整体出口均价，同时获得销量增长，迭加成本下降等因素，公司API业务整体表现同比有所改善。
公司CDMO业务延续复苏向好的节奏，报告期内公司持续巩固深化与现有客户的战略合作关系，积极探索开发新客户群，整合内部资源，加强多元化的商业能力，助力CDMO业务收入及盈利能力的提升。
公司持续优化对外投资策略，以股东利益最大化为前提，进一步优化投资组合，取得了较大的进展与突破。报告期内，对外投资组合表现理想，实现了较好的投资收益。
