CR Construction (HKG:1582) unit CR Construction Company has settled a dispute with a subcontractor over an outstanding fee of HK$694,433, a Thursday bourse filing said.
The company paid a sum of HK$650,000 to the subcontractor, resulting in the withdrawal of a winding-up petition filed against it.
