智通财经APP讯，中国核能科技(00611)发布公告，因陈耀荣先生希望投入更多时间于其他业务发展，彼已提呈辞任公司的公司秘书，且不再担任香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第3.05条所指的公司授权代表，以及上市规则第19.05(2)条和公司条例(香港法例第622章)第16部所规定在中国香港代表公司接收法律程序文件及通知的公司授权代表(法律程序代理人)，均自2025年1月23日起生效。
叶晗女士已获委任为公司的公司秘书，授权代表及法律程序代理人，自2025年1月23日起生效。
