成都高速签署施工赔偿协议 获2798万元补偿
财中社1月24日电成都高速（01785）发布公告，运管公司（本公司之全资附属公司）、兴蓉西城建开发公司和成温邛高速公司（本公司之全资附属公司）签订施工赔（补）偿协议，该协议是由于兴蓉西城建开发公司在成名高速（成温邛段）MK2+460~MK5+511.60路段实施凤凰互通立交工程项目，需占用和损坏该路段部分道路及绿化。根据协议，兴蓉西城建开发公司将向成温邛高速公司支付合计2798万元的赔（补）偿费用。兴蓉西城建开发公司为本公司控股股东成都交投之非全资附属公司，根据上市规则第14A章，为成都交投的联系人，因此为本公司的关连人士。
具体而言，赔（补）偿费用包括：临时占用费2455万元、永久性占用费85万元、绿植苗木赔（补）偿费244万元及安全监护及施工配合费15万元。此外，兴蓉西城建开发公司还需在协议签订后15个工作日内支付履约金500万元。该施工项目预计将提升道路通行效率，并对成温邛高速的运营产生积极影响。
