Jiangsu Lopal Tech (HKG:2465) has completed the acquisition of Shandong Meiduo Technology from Lopal International for a little over 100.5 million yuan, a Wednesday bourse filing said.
Shares of the LFP cathode material maker and automotive specialty chemical manufacturer closed nearly 2% lower on Wednesday.
