智通财经APP讯，新爱德集团(08412)发布公告，根据对集团截至2024年11月30日止六个月的未经审核综合管理账目(中期业绩)的初步审阅及现有可得资料，集团预期于截至2024年11月30日止六个月取得不少于900万港元的亏损，由截至2023年11月30日止六个月的溢利约46.3万港元转盈为亏。该预期转盈为亏的主要是由于集团一间娱乐场所因租约到期而于2024年8月4日停止营业所致。
