整体协调人确认国际发售的H股并无超额分配。稳定价格操作人(或代其行事的任何人士)于稳定价格期间并无采取稳定价格行动。因此，整体协调人(代表国际包销商)于稳定价格期间并无行使超额配股权，而超额配股权于2025年1月22日(星期三)失效。因此，公司并无根据超额配股权发行H股。
紧随稳定价格期间结束后，公众持有的股份数目约占公司已发行股本总额的 15.67%，符合公众持股量豁免规定的最低公众持股量要求。
