兴证国际全资附属公司认购5000万港元基金份额
财中社1月22日电兴证国际（06058）发布公告，公告中提到公司间接全资附属公司CISICapital于2025年1月21日认购了总额为5000万港元的基金参与份额。该认购已于同日获得确认，参与份额的代价为5000万港元，不包括交易成本。由于认购事项的适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，因此构成公司须予披露交易，需遵守相关的申报及公告规定，但获得豁免遵守股东批准的要求。
此次认购的资金来源于公司的内部资源。所认购的基金为大朴均衡投资子基金1号，投资目标是在合理控制风险的条件下追求长期合理的收益。每股参与份额的认购价格为1000港元，认购费为拟认购金额的1%。投资经理为大朴资产管理(香港)有限公司，基金将不超过其最新可用净资产价值的30%投资于任何单一股票、债券或集合投资计划。董事会认为，此次认购事项符合公司及股东的整体利益，并有助于实现投资组合的均衡与稳定回报。
