智通财经APP获悉，国华(00370)逆市涨超16%，截至发稿，涨8.93%，报0.305港元。
消息面上，国华去年7月宣布，附属深圳数巫与中国广电宁夏网络就有关涵盖发展人工智能、各类算力服务及先进计算基础设施的战略合作签订战略框架协议。根据框架协议，透过参与建设宁夏中卫市数据中心，双方将利用各自的资源及专业知识，在算力及数字经济相关项目领域开展一系列投资及合作。预计此次合作将增强集团的竞争力并扩大其于快速发展的技术领域的业务覆盖范围。
此外，根据香港联交所2025年1月15日披露的文件，1月13日，South Leader Limited增持国华8,700万股普通股股份，价值约1,479万港元。增持后，South Leader Limited最新持股数目为6.25亿股股份，好仓比例由25.72%升至29.88%。
