金吾财讯 | 交银国际表示，2025 年 1 月17日，国家金融监督管理总局发布《小额贷款公司监督管理暂行办法》。相比2024年8月发布的征求意见稿，《办法》新增允许经营商业汇票承兑业务；将过渡期设置为不超过两年，而征求意见稿为一年。该行认为《办法》有利于促进小贷行业回归业务本源，向小微企业、个体工商户、农户以及个人消费者提供小额、分散的贷款服务；促进行业规范经营，以实现持续健康发展；促进行业优胜劣汰，利好经营规范的头部公司。该行预计后续监管将对网络小贷公司做更为明确的专门规定。维持金融科技行业领先评级，头部信贷科技平台具有合规优势，维持奇富科技买入评级。
