易生活控股(00223.HK) 公布，非执行董事赵瑞强、张绍岩，独立非执行董事林全智、黄子峰、梅以和，通过律师通知该公司，不对刘秋华作为原告人之禁制令申请作出反对，并向董事会提出自愿暂停董事职务申请。
公告指，由于以上五名董事的决定与董事会大多数董事决定有所不同，故此董事会同意对他们五人暂停董事职务，直至另行通知。董事会认为，该暂停不会对集团的日常管理产生重大影响。
