智通财经APP讯，智云健康(09955)发布公告，为激励员工尽最大努力，并奖励彼等为本公司的成功而持续努力，于2025年1月21日，董事会议决：注销1093.61万份尚未行使受限制股份单位，相当于先前根据首次公开发售前股权激励计划条款向350名奖励承授人授出的1093.61万股相关股份及4249.33万股尚未行使奖励股份，相当于先前根据首次公开发售后股份奖励计划条款向350名奖励承授人授出的4249.33万股相关股份;及
根据2025年股份计划向奖励承授人授出5868.06万份股份奖励，涉及5868.06万股新股份，占本公告日期已发行股份总数约9.9960%。涉及5342.94万股新股份的该等5342.94万份股份奖励已向奖励承授人授出，乃考虑到注销先前分别授予彼等的受限制股份单位及奖励股份，惟须待奖励承授人接纳后，方可作实。
