智通财经APP讯，中国长远(00110)发布公告，认购协议所载的所有先决条件已获达成及完成根据该等认购协议的条款及条件于2025年1月22日落实。合共1600万股认购股份(占经发行及配发认购股份而扩大的公司已发行股本的约6.3%)已按每股认购股份0.26港元的认购价配发及发行予认购人。诚如该公布所披露，认购事项的所得款项净额(扣除所有相关开支后)约412万港元将用作集团的一般营运资金。
