新浪科技讯 1月22日下午消息，昨日，一则寒武纪前首席技术官（CTO）梁军朋友圈截图内容流出，内容显示，梁军指出寒武纪已对其提起诉讼，要求他以合计约5.26万元的价格转让其持有的1152万余股寒武纪股票。

　　据悉，该案件将于1月23日在北京市海淀法院开庭审理。梁军表示，梁军已于2024年10月向海淀法院提起劳动争议诉讼，要求法院裁定其与寒武纪之间的劳动关系，并要求赔偿股权激励损失，金额超过42.86亿元人民币。

　　梁军表示，“我本人基于陈天石先生签署的我的入职意向书中有关股权激励属于劳动报酬的相关约定，请求海淀法院裁定我本人与中科寒武纪2017年10月18日至2022年2月10日存在劳动关系，请求中科寒武纪赔偿我的股权激励损失42.86亿元。”

　　公开资料表示，梁军于2017年加入寒武纪，担任CTO，负责AI芯片的总体技术研发和团队管理。梁军任职期间，寒武纪与华为达成合作，其终端智能处理器IP被应用于华为麒麟970芯片，并搭载于华为Mate 10手机中。2022年3月，梁军因“与公司存在分歧”离职。

　　对于上述曝光内容是否属实，新浪科技向寒武纪方面求证，截止发稿公司暂无回应。
