Chalkis Health Industry Unit to Invest More than 10 Million Yuan in Tomato JV

Chalkis Health Industry (SHE:000972) subsidiary Red Tomato plans to jointly invest with Zhongke Western Agriculture to establish joint venture company Zhongji Tiantuo.

Zhongji Tiantuo will be involved in the production and sale of diced tomatoes and related processed products, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.

Zhongji Tiantuo's registered capital is 20 million yuan, with Red Tomato subscribing for 10.2 million yuan for a 51% stake and Zhongke Western Agriculture subscribing 9.8 million yuan for a 49% stake.
