智通财经APP获悉，OSL集团(00863)尾盘涨超3%，截至发稿，涨2.96%，报7.64港元，成交额726.58万港元。
消息面上，OSL集团近日发布公告，有关收购日本持牌加密资产交易平台Coin Best株式会社，股份购买协议项下的先决条件已获达成，且收购事项已于2025年1月17日完成。完成收购事项后，Coin Best株式会社成为公司的间接附属公司。
值得注意的是，OSL集团去年12月宣布欧洲及意大利收购事项。公司表示，集团在受监管的数字资产市场中一直是市场的领导者，为亚太地区的投资者提供服务。作为集团扩展策略的一部分，收购事项作为集团关键战略投资，目的不仅是在亚太地区提升市场地位，亦为进入欧洲市场，在集团全球化路线图中刻下里程碑，同时保持高合规标准。
