智通财经APP获悉，中国网成(01920)今早复牌一度飙升逾43%，随后快速回落，现涨近7%，截至发稿，涨6.82%，报0.94港元，成交额246.67万港元。
消息面上，中国网成公布，原大股东Wonderful Renown向主席周振林(要约人)悉数出售62.5%持股，涉及1.95亿股，现金代价5000万港元，相当于每股作价0.2564港元。完成后，要约人及其一致行动人士共计持有公司股本62.5%，须按例提出强制性全面要约，每股作价0.2565港元，较停牌前收市价每股股份0.8800港元折让约70.85%。
