关于财务总监辞职的公告

中国稀土集团资源科技股份有限公司（以下简称“公司”）董事会于近日收到财务总监齐书勇先生提交的书面辞职报告。齐书勇先生因工作调整，提请辞去公司财务总监职务。根据《公司法》及《公司章程》规定，齐书勇先生的辞职不会影响公司正常生产经营，其辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。截止本公告披露日，齐书勇先生未持有公司股份。公司及董事会对齐书勇先生在担任公司财务总监期间对公司的贡献表示衷心感谢！公司董事会将按照相关法律法规和《公司章程》的规定尽快完成财务总监聘任工作，在聘任新的财务总监之前，暂由公司董事兼总经理闫绳健先生代行财务总监职责。
