智通财经APP讯，帝国科技集团(00776)公布，于2025年1月24日，该公司获公司控股股东Diamond State Holdings Limited(卖方)告知，其已与华通证券国际有限公司(作为唯一配售代理)订立日期为2025年1月24日的配售协议，内容有关配售代理按尽力基准分批配售由卖方所持的最多合共9331万股公司股份予专业、机构、企业及其他投资者，配售股份占配售协议日期公司已发行股本总额的25%，配售价为每股配售股份1.05港元。
配售事项完成后并假设所有配售股份已配售予承配人，卖方的持股量将减少至121,118,488股股份，占公司全部已发行股本约32.45%。因此，卖方将继续为公司的控股股东。
