智通财经APP获悉，1月24日，中国证监会发布关于Mirxes Holding Company Limited（觅瑞集团控股有限公司）境外发行上市备案通知书。觅瑞集团拟发行不超过46,620,000股境外上市普通股并在香港联合交易所上市。据悉，该公司曾于2023年7月25日、2024年4月30日、2024年11月4日三次向港交所递交过上市申请。
