Pangang Group Vanadium & Titanium Resources (SHE:000629) has elected Ma Zhaohui as chairman of the board, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange filing on Friday.
Ma will step down as general manager to take the new position.
The Chinese vanadium and titanium product manufacturer's board of directors will elect a new general manager, the filing said.
The company's shares rose 1% in recent trade.
