Dynamic Group Holdings (ASX:DDB) has resolved to convert 13,525 performance rights into shares, in line with the terms of its employee securities incentive plan, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The Board also resolved to cancel up to 2.5 million unquoted options under the same plan, citing that the relevant holders have resigned from the Company, the filing said.
Additionally, 4,901 performance rights have also been canceled, per the filing.
