　　闽系房地产商被拘，正荣地产（06158.HK）及其境内公司正荣地产控股公告，大股东欧宗荣因涉嫌违法犯罪，已被依法采取强制措施。

　　正荣地产控股表示，欧宗荣目前未在公司担任董事、监事、高级管理人员等任何职务。正荣地产暂未在联交所有相关通告。

　　正荣地产公告显示，欧宗荣持有正荣地产45.73%的股份。

　　欧宗荣，旗下拥有两家上市公司正荣地产（于2018年1月16日上市，IPO募资44.81亿港元）、正荣服务（06958.HK，于2020年7月10日上市，IPO募资13.08亿港元）。

　　截至发稿时间，正荣地产（06158.HK）报0.057港元；正荣服务（06958.HK），报0.16港元。两家公司总市值合计约为4.2亿港元。
