智通财经APP讯，国银金租(01606)发布公告，公司的两家全资附属公司(作为买方)与卖方南通润邦海洋工程装备有限公司于2025年1月27日订立本次造船合同，卖方同意建造并向买方出售本次标的船舶，且买方同意购买本次标的船舶，代价为不超过6000万美元。
本次标的船舶为两艘海工辅助船，预计市场价格合计不超过6000万美元。卖方将根据本次造船合同约定建造本次标的船舶。
公告称，本次造船合同乃由公司于一般及日常业务过程中订立。订立本次造船合同有利于充分发挥各方优势，有益于增加公司在船舶市场的市场份额，符合公司业务发展战略。
