智通财经APP讯，洲际船务(02409)发布公告，于2025年1月27日，买方(公司的间接全资附属公司Seacon Marine Ltd.)与卖方订立该等协议，以总代价6370万欧元收购各船舶，每艘船舶的代价为910万欧元。
该等船舶为七艘小型散货船，每艘总吨位为2518吨，其中五艘于2023年建造，一艘于2022年建造，另一艘于2024年建造。根据该等协议，预期该等船舶将于2025年4月1日至2025年6月1日期间全部交付予集团。
根据该等协议收购该等船舶符合集团通过逐步淘汰其陈旧控制船舶并将其替换为较新船舶以持续优化其船队，并扩大集团控制船队的策略。
董事相信，由于能否获得商业机会取决于集团船队的可用情况，故扩大集团的控制船队将增强集团承接更多货运要求的能力，以及提高其航运方案的竞争力。这亦将使集团能进一步吸引较大型的市场参与者之潜在商业机会，该等市场参与者在挑选航运服务和船舶管理服务提供商时通常会评估(其中包括)船舶状况及船队规模。
