金融界1月27日消息，仕佳光子“公告称，公司研发的 CW DFB 激光器已经形成了 75mW、100 mW、200 mW、500 mW、850 mW、1000 mW 等产品序列，最新开发的 CW DFB 激光器产品在 50℃下实现功率大于 1000 毫瓦的突破，相关产品已送客户端验证。CW DFB 激光器系列产品已完成性能和部分产品可靠性内部测试工作，已形成一定量产和小批量对外销售，但短期内不会对公司生产经营产生重大影响，该产品将进一步丰富公司产品线和核心技术储备，有利于增强公司竞争力。不过，CW DFB 激光器的性能、可靠性测试极为复杂，公司虽已完成内部验证，但尚未在客户端完成全部测试工作，该款芯片未来的市场需求、拓展及竞争情况尚具有不确定性。公司将持续跟进并及时履行信息披露义务。”
