Odaily星球日报讯 支持加密货币的律师 John E Deaton 于 X 评论“美国本土加密项目或将享受零资本利得税”消息时表示，该政策若要执行落实，仍需明晰哪些加密项目应被视为位于美国、构成以美国为基地的要求是什么等问题。以 Solana 为例，尽管 Solana Labs 总部位于旧金山，但 Solana 基金会总部位于瑞士日内瓦。 XTZ：由 Arthur 和 Kathleen Breitman 开发，总部位于美国，而 Tezos 基金会总部位于瑞士。 从表面上看，XRP、XLM、HBAR、XCH 和 AVAX 似乎都符合条件。 此外，涉及加密货币的美国公司和加密矿企、甚至其他采用 BTC 和/或加密储备政策的美国公司是否也使用这一减税政策，也尚待明确。
