《彭博》引述消息指，煤气(00003.HK) 孵化并作为战略股东，本地可再生燃料“独角兽”公司怡斯莱(EcoCeres)拟到欧洲上市，据报拟集资5亿至10亿美元，目标估值50亿美元。如果怡斯莱落实在欧洲上市，将成为煤气首间在外国上市的公司，以及继港华智慧能源(01083.HK) 之外的第二间上市公司。
报道指怡斯莱正考虑到欧洲其中一个交易所上市，当中伦敦市场正在其考虑之列，但该公司未有排除在港上市。虽然该公司拟集资5亿到10亿美元，但是仍处于初步阶段，因此计划仍可能改变。
怡斯莱现时在内地开厂，旗下马来西亚新厂料今年底可以落成及投产。该公司所生产的再生燃料，早年已取得认证供应欧洲航空市场使用，这为煤气公司历年来首次有产品出口欧洲。现时怡斯莱主要产品包括可持续航空燃油(SAF)、氢化植物油(HVO)和纤维素乙醇等。
