智通财经APP讯，大昌微线集团(00567)发布公告，富睿玛泽会计师事务所有限公司(富睿玛泽)已辞任本公司核数师，自2025年1月27日起生效，原因为本公司与富睿玛泽未能就截至2025年3月31日止财政年度的审核费用达成共识。
董事会进一步宣布，在审核委员会推荐下，柏淳会计师事务所有限公司(柏淳)已经获委任为本公司的核数师，自2025年1月27日起生效，以填补富睿玛泽辞任后产生的临时空缺。柏淳的任期直至本公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
