【海航控股：子公司拟出租闲置房产 租赁金额合计约2.6亿元】金十数据1月27日讯，海航控股公告，全资子公司新华航空拟将部分闲置房产出租给众合鑫源，租赁期20年，租赁金额合计约2.6亿元。海航控股同时公告，公司计划对自有的9架B787-8飞机通过直接出售/出租或先出租后出售等市场化方式进行处置，此次处置计划通过竞争性谈判和议价方式确定最终交易对手方。此外，公司拟向CFM International,Inc.购买10台全新LEAP-1B备用飞机发动机，交易总额不高于1.67亿美元。
