智通财经APP讯，陆控(06623)发布公告，董事会于2025年1月27日议决建议免任公司核数师罗兵咸永道会计师事务所(“罗兵咸永道”)及普华永道中天会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙)(“普华永道中天”)(“建议免任”)，待公司召开及举行股东特别大会通过普通决议案后生效。
罗兵咸永道(包括普华永道中天)于2024年5月30日举行的公司上一届股东周年大会上获续聘为公司截至2024年12月31日止年度的核数师，任期直至公司下届股东周年大会结束时为止。经考虑以下事实及情况后，董事会于2025年1月27日议决建议免任罗兵咸永道及普华永道中天担任公司核数师，董事会(包括董事会审计委员会)认为此举符合公司股东整体的最佳利益。
