刘铁中先生于2025年1月27日举行的公司职工代表大会上当选为本届监事会职工代表监事，任期自2025年1月27日起至本届监事会任期届满时止。
于2025年1月27日举行的监事会会议上，监事会通过决议，建议选举董亚洲先生为本届监事会股东代表监事。建议选举董亚洲先生为股东代表监事尚待股东于公司将于2025年2月19日举行的临时股东会上审议及批准。经临时股东会批准后，建议选举董亚洲先生担任股东代表监事的任期自临时股东会日期起至本届监事会任期届满时止。
